Kate Spade Brings Smiles to Fashion Week

Kate Spade gets kitschy with it at New York Fashion Week. The New York designer brought smiles and fun to the runway with her fall and winter designs this year. Kate Spade's designs are classically feminine and usually light hearted.

I love my "Charm" tote. Her designs this year were filled with color blocking and polka dots and even as pictured her, a kitschy bag in the shape of a classic car.

The Kate Spade collection includes many clutches. The daytime clutch is one of the biggest styles over the past year and given the number of designs displayed for 2012 that trend is going to continue. Along with her handbags, Spade displayed color blocked clothing and even polka dotted high heels bringing some lightheartedness to dreary New York February.
