These bags are well designed and like all Tumi bags, built to take a beating and if you fly you know how much of a beating your bags get, from being jammed into an overhead compartment or tossed around like a football by the ground crew, air travel is punishment both for our bags and for us, but I won't digress into how much the TSA sucks.
